How many dishes do you manage to shoot in 1 hour?
The number of captured dishes depends on many factors, for example, the speed of the return of dishes by the kitchen, the complexity of the dish and the composition. It takes me 5-7 minutes to shoot a standard dish on a background without a composition. Such photos are suitable for clipping for menus, as well as delivery sites
Whose props are used on the set?
On photoshooting outside, the props of the restaurants are mainly used, usually I bring only a background, textiles and a few props. If the shooting is with delivery, the props are mostly mine, if it fits the shooting tasks. If you need props that I don’t have — some special background, plates, appliances, it is provided by the customer and remains with him.
